All rentals require a security deposit. Reservations are confirmed when the deposit is received. Deposit must be received within 7 days after the reservation request is made. Cancellation policy is 2 months prior to arrival date. Payment is due upon arrival, no refunds are given for shortened stay. All units are NO SMOKING & NO PETS. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is by 10AM. Rates are subject to change. Cash or cashier ckeck accepted for payment. Sorry no personsal checks.
